This gallery shows examples of vaginoplasty, vulvoplasty and bilateral orchidectomy results. Every image is shared with the explicit consent of the patient, and we are grateful to those who have chosen to help others make informed decisions.

The images are for reference only. Every body is different, and results vary with individual anatomy, healing, surgical technique and personal goals. Nothing shown here guarantees or predicts the outcome of your own surgery. Appearance, sensation and function can differ from the examples, and some patients may need further procedures.

If you have questions about what is realistic or suitable for you, please speak to your surgeon during your consultation. They can discuss the options, risks and expected outcomes in light of your circumstances. If you would like to book a consultation, please go to our contact page and leave us an inquiry.
